What are the dimensions?
The Original White Castle is 12x12x10 feet.
What time will you drop off?
Drop-off for a full day rental is between 7-10 AM. Pickup will be at 9:00 PM. If needed later than 9 PM, a $50 fee will be applied.
Are the castles cleaned and sanitized?
Yes! Our castles are carefully cleaned and sanitized after each use. To keep our castles as clean as possible, there will absolutely be no food, liquids, or shoes allowed on them.
Where can I set my castle up at?
Our castles can be set up in a variety of places including grass, concrete, sport courts, and turf. They CANNOT be set up on rocks, as this will wear on the castles, possibly causing holes. You are responsible for providing a generator, if another power source is not available within 50 feet. We are licensed and insured, so you can set your castle up at public parks as well. Please consult with your city before setting up at a public park.
Is there a refund policy?
A 50% deposit will be required upon booking. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 1 week in advance and you can use the deposit on a future date. If cancelled without at least 1 week notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Exceptions will be made for rescheduling due to weather. Thank you for understanding!
Is there a weather policy?
Castles CANNOT be set up if it is raining, snowing, hailing, or if winds exceed 25 MPH. If this happens on the day of your event, you can reschedule the castle for another day, free of additional charge.
Where do you deliver? Do you deliver outside of your specified delivery zones?
We deliver in Central Utah to Sanpete county free of charge. An additional fee will be applied for surrounding areas. Fee will depend on distance to be travelled.

Are decorations or balloon garlands included?
We do not provide decorations at this time. You will be in charge of your own decorations, if needed. Absolutely no kind of adhesives can be used on the castles. To hang decor, fishing line is the only acceptable method. Thank you for understanding and taking care of our castles!
